Dear Total Recall VR partners, Thank You for a great 2019

Dear Total Recall VR partners, ‘Thank You’ for choosing and supporting Total Recall VR products and applications during 2019. On behalf of the Total Recall VR team and the wider Prolancer team I wanted you to know that everyone that is part of both teams truly appreciate your support.

To some it may appear that 2019 was a ‘less exciting’ year when it comes to Total Recall VR R&D when compared to previous years. Well, we think it was nothing but. Total Recall VR now has full integration with Zetron Acom and MAX equipment. And our friends across the ditch confirmed integration with ESChat. Other improvements include the addition of the real-time archive option to a removable disk drive and the support for the 2019 edition of the Tait VRP protocol. All this while the R&D work on generation 5 products continues at full steam.

We are proud of what we did in 2019 and we can only hope that our efforts unlocked new business opportunities for you all. And in keeping up with tradition, we will let you let us know how we are doing during our annual survey which will open January 2020.

2020 will be busy and exciting as well. Total Recall VR will be celebrating its 20th birthday and Prolancer its 15th . We will be focusing as much as possible on generation 5 product development as it is time to work on the enclosure designs for the new products and to finalize the user interface for the same. Of course, we will continue to forge close relationship with more communication equipment manufacturers and promote the Total Recall VR brand, products and applications at major trade events around the world. Please stay tuned for announcements during the year.

So ‘Thank You’ again and we all look forward to working with you in 2020.

In the meantime, please accept our best wishes for the new 2020. We will take a short break during the holidays and between the 13th and 17th of January 2020. If you are doing the same, please have a safe holiday and do not forget to have some fun.
