We are delighted to become a category 2 member of the DMR Association. Our Total Recall VR products are extensively used to record communication in DMR networks around the world. We hope that our membership shows our commitment to support and contribute to the development of DMR technology as well as our commitment to the DMR user community.

Today, 11^th of May 2020, we are celebrating 20 years and 4 generations of the all Australian designed and made Total Recall VR products and applications. It has been exactly 20 years since the first Total Recall VR recorder rolled off the production line and shipped to a customer in South Africa.

Total Recall VR will be at Comms Connect 2018 Melbourne on the 21^st and 22^nd November this year. You will find us at stand 51 (3^rd stand on the right from the entry) where our team will be available to discuss the benefits of using and the security and reliability of audio logging and call recording virtual machines and fully hosted services. If you think that recording on 30 channels for less than the price of 2 coffee cups per day is a good deal, then you do not want to just stroll past our stand.

As you may know, we have published a series of Step-by-Step technical guides to assist our reseller partners with the integration of Total Recall VR and other specific systems. If you're not familiar with these guides, check out http://www.totalrecallvr.com/articles-and-tutorials. We're looking for assistance in creating the next batch of relevant Step-by-Step technical guides, and we could use your help!

We regret to inform you that Total Recall VR resellers have been targeted on at least one occasion by fake emails asking resellers for a short term loan to be paid in to a bank account that is registered with a bank outside Australia.

We are delighted to announce that Prolancer is now developing and manufacturing products, in particular Total Recall VR products, in an ISO9001-2015 accredited environment.
